TWN Routes for 8/24/16

We asked for a low humidity day, and asked, and asked. Finally we have a forecast for some beautiful running weather. Enjoy. We could still use some volunteers to help with SAGs, as they are still needed. Also, mark your calendars for Sunday, September 4th. We will have a pub run to celebrate the end of the summer. More details to come.

TWN Survey and Route for 11/4/15

We’re almost at the end of our peak season, so I wanted to remind everyone that we will be out running all year round. From mid-November until the end of May, our main route will be somewhere in the 4.5-6 mile range.

And for the first time, in a few weeks we’ll be trying out a 3 mile route in addition to our main route. So if you’re still interested in running, but maybe not quite so many miles, that might be the route for you. I’m also going to try and make that route as stroller friendly as possible – I’ve got a 7 month old who wants to join our group đŸ™‚

Lastly, I’ve put together a very short survey to get feedback from everyone. Please let us know what you think – https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XGWG3CF

Welcome to November running. We’ve lost an hour of daylight, so it’s now going to be dark at the beginning, middle, and end of the run. Be bright! Be reflective! It’s a really good idea, becausegetting hit by a car really puts a dent in your training season. Everybody runs 6 miles tonight. Enjoy your taper runs!
