Hey everybody!!!

What an exciting week!  Lucky Foot is sponsoring our SAG this week.  So be sure and thank them for their support….AND be sure and ask Greg Barch from Lucky Foot for help if you need some new gear!
As if that weren’t enough for one week, it’s also Patrick Henry Half Marathon Week!  Good luck to all who are running!!  I’ve never done this race but it looks like for the first time in the history of this race the weather MIGHT just might be really nice!  Keep your fingers crossed!

We need some help for next week….we have SAG supplies and a volunteer to man it but no location.  Can someone, anyone please volunteer a location.  Pretty, pretty please.

Now onto the routes, this week – novice is doing 7 miles and intermediate is doing 8 miles.  Routes below.
Please beware of the split not long after the SAG.  And be extra careful with the directions getting into and out of Willow Lawn.
