Hi TWN –

The miles are getting longer as we approach the marathon season.  Whether you’re new to running, or a seasoned veteran, YOU CAN DO THIS!

I’d like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to Fleet Feet for sponsoring our SAG tonight.  We’ll run by their store, so you can have a chance to get familiar with their location.

The distances are 10 Miles, 9 Miles, and 3 Miles tonight.  Choose the one that suits you and matches up with your running plan.

Enjoy the fall weather on Wednesday night, and remember that it’s starting to get dark earlier.  Remember to bring some Reflective gear.

Please bring your own printed route.

TWN Route for 8/2/2017

Hi TWN Runners –

TWN has another fabulous run planned for you on Wednesday.  There are 3 routes, which are 7 miles, 6 miles, and 3 miles.

This week we have a SAG.  If you have ever seen the movie, Waterboy, then you probably wondered…. will I ever have a chance to be a Waterboy (or Watergirl)???  Well TWN gives you that opportunity!  Please consider volunteering to operate, or donate supplies to, a SAG.  If you’ve already signed up, thank you!  There will be a signup sheet before the run on Wednesday.

TWN Routes for 11/2/16

Happy Halloween!  In order to celebrate at TWN, we’ll run down Hanover Ave on 11/2/16, and see if any decorations are still on display.

Both Novice and Intermediate are scheduled to run 6 miles this week.  However, I included a 4 mile route option also.  Please note, because we’re scaling back to 6 miles, we will not have a SAG this week.  You may want to bring your own water bottle.

Remember to run safe.  Consider bringing a light and wearing a reflective vest.

TWN Route for 7/27/16

TWN – JULY 27, 2016 3/5/7

It’s looking like it’ll be another scorcher.  Good News – We will have a SAG to provide some hydration along the way.  Even with the SAG, consider bring more hydration with you for during and after the run.

Speaking of SAGs – Please consider volunteering to provide or staff SAGs as we get into the hottest days and longer mileage this summer. Please see a coordinator if you’d like to help out.

In case you missed the news last week.  First Baptist Church has officially given us permission to start using their water spigot, although it is a different one than we have used in the past. So enjoy some water, guilt-free. The spigot is located on the Boulevard side of the church, about halfway down. If you’d like to donate to the church to cover the cost, you can give online at https://e-giving.org/egivinglogin.asp?id=1375

This week, intermediates increase to 7, novice remains at 5, and we also have a 3 mile loop
