TWN ROUTES 7/18/18

No formal SAG this week.  The 5 and 6 mile routes will go by the Grove Avenue Water Stop (GAWS).  We will start SAGS at the end of July.  If you would like to make a monetary contribution for SAG supplies please see Bobbie Jo or Mallary.  If you live in the fan and would be willing to host a SAG or know if a safe place for a SAG location please see Bobbie Jo.

We’ve got a couple of nice loops thought the Fan proper this evening with plenty of shade.  We don’t have SAGs yet for a few weeks so please make sure to bring your own water.   If you are new to the group, meet at the steps of the First Baptist church by 6:15 and come introduce yourself and you should be able to find people within your pace.  We will depart promptly at 6:20 pm.

Following the run, you are welcome to join us for dinner  at Kitchen 64.

TWN Routes for 6/13/2018 3 & 5 miles — Near West End

This week’s run is best when paired with an MTT Week 2 schedule, but  everyone is encouraged to come out! If you are new, please introduce yourself, we’d love to have your company. Please pay attention to the weather and prepare appropriately for you. The temperatures are supposed to be in the upper 80’s and there is a chance of storms. Please bring water if you need it as SAGs do not begin until the mileage increases. As always, this group has a broad range of paces. If you can make it out, you will find someone to run with you. Throughout MTT season, we’ll have routes that follow both the novice and intermediate schedules, and we’ll also have a 3 mile route throughout the season for those who are training for the half or who are just out for a run.
