TWN Routes for June 19, 2019

We’ve got a couple of nice loops thought the Fan this evening with plenty of shade. We don’t have SAGs yet for a few weeks so please make sure to bring your own water. If you are new to the group, meet at the steps of the First Baptist church by 6:15 and come introduce yourself and you should be able to find people within your pace.  We will depart promptly at 6:20 pm.

We’ll have dinner together after the run at a nearby restaurant. Meet back at the church after you’re done running to hear the details. Please come join us!

TWN Routes for 6/12/2019

Hope everyone has had a good week!

We welcome all runners to our weekly Wednesday night runs. If you are new to the group, please introduce yourself, we’d love to get to know you! This group has a broad range of paces – if you can make it out, you will probably find someone to run with at your pace. Throughout MTT season, we’ll have routes that follow both the 500 and 700 schedules, and we’ll also have a 3 mile route throughout the season for those who are training for the half or who are just out for a run. TWN Routes for 6/5/2019

Welcome back MTT’rs! And Happy Global Running Day! If this is your first run with our group, we’re glad to have you. Throughout MTT season, we’ll have routes that follow both the novice and intermediate schedules, and we’ll also have a 3 mile route throughout the season for those who are training for the half or who are just out for a run.
